EWSD Competition Teams
Local AND Travel Teams
EWSD offers two types of companies for those students interested in competing. The “local” competition squads attend various competitions near Sevierville, TN such as Knoxville and Gatlinburg. Our “travel” squads require a higher time commitment and travel to both the local and out of town competitions.
Our company members have performed at Disney World, Six Flags, Nassau, and the Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship in addition to various local performances and benefits. They have won numerous overall high scores both locally and nationally!

Local Teams:
Tiny Tots, Minis, Petites, Juniors, Preteens, Seniors
Travel Teams:
Petite Travel, Junior Travel, Teen Travel, Senior Travel
Auditions are held every year in May.
Team ages/names alter from year to year.
Must be 5 years old to compete
Congratulations Nariah Mullins!
Nariah, sponsored by the Great Smoky Mountain Dance Theatre, was recently awarded 1st runner up at Distinguished Young Woman of America 2024! She won preliminary awards in Talent, Fitness, and Interview and walked away with over $28,000 in college scholarships. Congratulations Nariah!
