Emily began dancing at the age of 4 with Elizabeth Williams. She joined the competition company in 2004 and competed and performed as a part of the Elizabeth Williams School of Dance company for 9 years. While in the company she performed at many charities and community events. Emily also performed at Disney World during her time as a company member. Emily has performed in The Great Smoky Mountain Dance Theatre’s production of the Nutcracker “Sweet” since the start of the production. She has held many roles including a Demi- Soloist position.
In 2012, Emily began choreographing for the Elizabeth Williams School of Dance competition squads. Emily has also choreographed for many area dance teams, and many local pageant contestants. Emily has been teaching under the direction of Elizabeth Williams for 5 years. She is trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, tumbling, and cheer.
Emily is currently attending Maryville College where she is a member of the Maryville College Cheer Squad and The Maryville College Dance Ensemble, a performing company.
